Mold Testing

Mold can be found almost anywhere; it can grow on virtually any organic substance, as long as moisture and oxygen are present. There are molds that can grow on wood, paper, carpet, foods, and insulation. Lead Paint Testing

The EPA recommends that all houses built before 1978 be tested for lead-based paint. Lead paint is poisonous, and as it ages it can peel, chip, and form lead dust. Willow performs an XRF test that reads through all layers of paint. Reports include all XRF readings and a recommended action summary.  Willow performs Lead Paint inspections in Connecticut only.

Radon Testing

Radon is an odorless and invisible gas, which occurs naturally as a by product of the breakdown of uranium. Long term or chronic exposure to radon has been linked to major lung problems.
